All items are despatched from Singapore within 2-5 working days (unless otherwise stated). For handmade products with more complex designs, the production time may be longer and it will be stated under the product description.
A tracking reference will be provided to track your parcel.

In the event that your parcel is returned to us, and it is not due to an error on our end, we will not be able to absorb the redelivery costs and additional shipping costs will be chargeable. Some examples of such scenarios are:
a) Unclaimed parcel
b) Incorrect/incomplete address
c) Moved/no such name or company
d) Delivery is refused/rejected
e) Letterbox full/faulty/no letterbox
f) PO Box is closed
If it is an error on our end which resulted in the returned mail, please be assured that the redelivery costs will be fully absorbed by us.
