Returns & Exchanges

You are free to return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery in Singapore and 21 days for international orders. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on earrings. 

Only unused/unworn item in its original condition and packaging will be accepted for return or exchange. To ensure that the item reaches us safely and undamaged, we encourage you to ship it with a tracking number and in proper packaging (e.g. padded envelope). We will not be able to process the return if the package is lost or if the item is received damaged. 

 

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue you a refund/exchange and notify you via email. For refunds, please allow some time for your bank or credit card to reflect the transaction.

Sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges. 

Defective/Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you received a defective or incorrect item, we will be more than happy to provide an exchange/replacement with the shipping fees fully absorbed by us.

Please  take a look at our size and colour guides. While we strive to provide the most accurate measurements and colours, there could be slight variations and these will not be considered as defects:

(a) slight variation in measurements 
(b) colour tones may vary slightly due to different lighting condition/computer resolutions
(c) slight variation in print placement

To initiate your exchange/return, simply email us at lucysquirks@gmail.com with the following details:

  • order number
  • your name
  • reason(s) for the return/exchange (For defective/incorrect item, please include an image in your email)

    We will get in touch with you within 3 working days to finalise the return/exchange details. 

    Exchange is limited to one time per item across all reasons.
